Bisoux
d'Amour (Kisses of Love)
with
an X as an exception to the French grammatical rule: choux, genoux, cailloux,
bisoux....
To
show emotions. To accept happiness. To believe in future. These are not
very popular philosophies. I
could even say, these values are old fashion, and somewhat tarnished.
Except
Barbara Cartland romances and TV sitcoms, such feelings are hardly taken
seriously. I
would like a serious platform for the optimistic speech.
The
birth of my second child was such a powerful moment that I sought to prolong
the happiness by breast-feeding. Little
by little, my breasts reassumed their primitive, forgotten role: nourishing
and reassuring.
Far
from being narcissism, this imposing painting, will portray an overflow
flood of affection. That
these kisses of love give emotion and blow a wind of generosity. To
speak about love is a serious thing not to be taken lightly.
